Ballard favs

What we are loving right now:

Dressing like cowboys and cowgirls. This has been a favorite for a while, and who knows how long it will continue. Walker's Wranglers are now too short, so he has to wear other pants, and they were so hot by the end of the day, they couldn't wait to get home and change into shorts.
Swimming last week on our vacation really got us in the mood for summer. They know after my birthday (the 23rd), Gran's pool will be ready and it is officially swim time!! They can't wait!
I read the Harry Potter series, and after each book we would watch the movie. We had a watched parts of some of the movies before, so the kids were familiar- but we all love it!! The books are amazing, but the movies are really enjoyable! Fun family time!!!
After Lucy's hair has been in braids all day, we take it down and she says she has "Hermione hair". Jason and I are trying to talk them into being Harry and Hermione for Halloween. With Walker's longer hair, they could really pull it off!!
Playing outside. The weather has been pretty nice- when it's not raining. Almost every afternoon, we come home from preschool and play outside for a bit. They love this toy that a friend of mine gave us. The pull the string and the thing on top goes flying. It usually lands on our roof, and then we just wait for the wind to blow it down. It's always fun to go outside and see it lying on the ground- it means it's time to play again!!

Phineas and Ferb on Disney
This show is hilarious!! The kids love it, but so do I. I think it's very original and super cute.

Sunkist
Well, not me. The kids discovered it, and really like it.
Not that I let them have it very often, but it's a favorite, none the less.

I hope your kids keep loving to dress up for a long time. Joshua is almost 8, and he still loves to "become someone else" every now and then.
